The project adopts a practical and interdisciplinary approach, focused on the physiological and emotional needs of patients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The initiative promotes personalized nutrition training through collaboration among experts in clinical oncology, nutrition, cooking, and education. At the same time, it provides students with knowledge and tools to intervene from a gastronomic perspective by adapting recipes, textures, flavours, and formats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The developed curriculum focuses on oncology nutrition and the main side effects of treatments\u2014such as changes in appetite, taste, or digestion\u2014and incorporates adapted culinary techniques, personalized nutrition, and sustainable practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The program combines theoretical and practical training with cooking sessions, digital resources, and co-creation activities, offering accessible content adaptable to different educational and professional contexts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Al\u00edcia Foundation contributes its expertise in health-oriented cooking, transforming scientific evidence into useful, appealing gastronomic proposals designed for the daily lives of people undergoing cancer treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NourishWell highlights the key role of food both in prevention and
