sanitarios, nace con el objetivo de ayudar a gestionar la alimentaci\u00f3n del d\u00eda a d\u00eda en el s\u00edndrome de quilomicronemia familiar y otras formas de hipertrigliceridemia extrema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Consta de una gu\u00eda informativa, v\u00eddeos de cocina baja en grasas, recetas, men\u00fas semanales, infograf\u00edas y recursos pr\u00e1cticos para ayudar a elegir mejor los alimentos, cocinar con seguridad y variedad, ganar autonom\u00eda y seguir disfrutando de la comida cuidando la salud y aumentando la calidad de vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El proyecto ha sido desarrollado por un equipo interdisciplinar&nbsp;integrado por la Unidad de L\u00edpidos del Servicio de Endocrinolog\u00eda y Nutrici\u00f3n y Cocina del Hospital Cl\u00ednic y la Fundaci\u00f3 Al\u00edcia, junto con personas que conviven con s\u00edndrome de quilomicronemia familiar, y con el apoyo de la Fundaci\u00f3
