El proyecto adopta un enfoque pr\u00e1ctico e interdisciplinar, centrado en las necesidades fisiol\u00f3gicas y emocionales de los pacientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La iniciativa impulsa la formaci\u00f3n en nutrici\u00f3n personalizada mediante la colaboraci\u00f3n de expertos en oncolog\u00eda cl\u00ednica, nutrici\u00f3n, cocina y educaci\u00f3n. Al mismo tiempo, capacita al alumnado con conocimientos y herramientas para intervenir desde el \u00e1mbito gastron\u00f3mico mediante la adaptaci\u00f3n de elaboraciones, texturas, sabores y formatos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El curr\u00edculo desarrollado se centra en la nutrici\u00f3n oncol\u00f3gica, los principales efectos secundarios de los tratamientos \u2014como las alteraciones del apetito, del gusto o de la digesti\u00f3n\u2014 e incorpora t\u00e9cnicas culinarias adaptadas, alimentaci\u00f3n personalizada y pr\u00e1cticas sostenibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El programa combina formaci\u00f3n te\u00f3rica y pr\u00e1ctica con sesiones de cocina, recursos digitales y actividades de cocreaci\u00f3n, con contenidos accesibles y adaptables a diferentes contextos educativos y profesionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fundaci\u00f3n Al\u00edcia aporta su experiencia en cocina aplicada a la salud, transformando la evidencia cient\u00edfica en propuestas gastron\u00f3micas \u00fatiles, atractivas y pensadas para la vida cotidiana de las personas en tratamiento oncol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NourishWell pone en valor el papel clave de la alimentaci\u00f3n tanto en la
