Alícia Foundation takes part in the European Erasmus+ project NourishWell, which promotes interdisciplinary training in food adapted to cancer patients.
We are participating in the European project DELICIOUS, an innovation initiative aimed at transforming the plant-based dairy market. In the context of increasing demand for more sustainable and healthier alternative diets, DELICIOUS is working on developing plant-based dairy products, such as cheese and kefir, that stand out for being affordable, nutritious, and appealing. At the same time, the project aims to reduce the environmental impact associated with conventional dairy production.
