FUNDACIÓ ALÍCIA ALIMENTACIÓ I CIÈNCIA, F.P., is the Data Controller for the personal data provided and informs that these will be processed in accordance with the current regulations on personal data protection (GDPR and LOPDGDD). Therefore, the following processing information is provided:

The purpose is to manage your subscription and send you electronic communications related to activities, conferences, workshops, informative content, recipes, publications, campaigns, and initiatives promoted by the foundation in the fields of nutrition, health, research, heritage, and well-being, in accordance with your selected interests.

The lawful basis for processing is the consent of the data subject.

The data will be retained as long as you do not withdraw your consent or request its erasure, or for the time necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing. Subsequently, it will be kept blocked to comply with legally established periods, adopting the technical and organizational measures to prevent its processing, including its visualization, and remaining solely available to judges, courts, the public prosecutor, or public administrations for the purpose of addressing legal responsibilities. Once the required legal period has elapsed, the definitive destruction of this data will take place.

The data will not be disclosed to third parties, except by legal obligation or to those providers linked to the data controller acting as data processors. In the event that any of these providers may be located outside the European Economic Area or carry out international data transfers, the Data Controller will adopt the appropriate safeguards required by the General Data Protection Regulation, including the signing of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or other legally authorized mechanisms.
