GUÍA DE LA COCINA DEL CABRITO. RECETAS FÁCILES Y SALUDABLES
El Parque Rural de Montserrat, con la colaboración de ganaderos, la Diputación de Barcelona y la Fundación Alícia, ha elaborado la Guía de la cocina del cabrito, un recurso gastronómico para dar a conocer el potencial culinario del cabrito e impulsar el consumo de este tipo de carne, muy presente en el Parque Rural. El recetario cuenta con propuestas muy variadas, donde el cabrito es el ingrediente protagonista en todos los platos. La guía no solo cuenta con un recetario sino que también recopila información práctica sobre el animal, la ganadería cabruna y la actividad agroalimentaria.

COCINA DE BOSQUE DEL PALLARS. INDICACIONES PARA RESTAURADORES Y CURIOSOS
Una guía para restauradores y curiosos sobre plantas silvestres y sus aplicaciones a la cocina, con un total de 20 productos silvícolas de la zona y diferentes recetas. Se trata de uno de los resultados materiales del proyecto Cocina de Bosque que, desde el 2018, desarrolla el Ayuntamiento de Tremp a través del programa ATGPallars y en cooperación con representantes del sector de la restauración y Fundación Alícia.
